dinCloud Enhances Customer Relationships Through the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program

We are thrilled to announce our participation in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider program, which will allow dinCloud to centralize our customer relationship and provide direct billing, selling offers and services, provisioning, managing, and supporting products and services. This means that dinCloud can now sell Microsoft cloud solutions and help motivate customers to deliver new business value through the cloud, ultimately provisioning, managing, and supporting its customer environment.
This isn’t the first time dinCloud has shown its dedication to improving its services and customer relationships. dinCloud continues to deliver on its promise to improve on our products and ensures customer concerns are addressed.
With the release of dinManage 5.0, dinCloud was able to simplify its cloud orchestration portal, dinManage, with new capabilities to arrange servers, storage, and desktops, as well as network and security parameters as needed.
Previously, customers had expressed anger and frustration from tools from other vendors that needed more transparency and security features. dinCloud accepted the challenge, and added new transparency, ease of use, and security features to its cloud orchestration platform.
