Mark R. Briggs is dinCloud’s Chief Executive Officer. Mark also holds the position of Premier BPO Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer and has held this position since the founding of the company in October, 2003. Prior to founding Premier, he was the CEO of ClientLogic, Inc. (now known as SITEL Worldwide), Intelligent Electronics, Inc. Reseller Division, and the Chief Financial Officer of Ingram Micro Inc.
Walid Elemary
Walid ElemaryChief Technology & Innovation Officer
Walid is responsible for dinCloud’s engineering and software development efforts. This encompasses pre-sales engineering support, technical support for customers, and development of tools that customers use. Walid’s background as a software engineer started at Innovent Systems, producer of the first Bluetooth chip-sets and HomeRF. Walid subsequently joined Broadcom Corp (NASDAQ:BRCM) to help integrate acquisitions. At Antioch University, he lead the development of an online student registration and transcript system. While at the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the Walt Disney Music center, he helped architect the world’s largest “historical musical” archiving system and played a major role in an online interactive ticketing system, a joint project with Ticket Master to host online concerts for the Hollywood Bowl and the Walt Disney Music center.
David Graffia
David GraffiaVice President, Sales
David Graffia currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales at dinCloud, LLC, and brings 20 years of experience in the area of Information Technology sales and consulting. He has been awarded CRN’s Channel Chief back to back in 2015 and 2016. Prior to joining dinCloud in 2013, David spent nearly a decade at a national VAR where he served as Vice President of Sales. While directing this effort, he increased sales year over year. In addition to sales and marketing, his responsibilities included managing the corporate strategy and the development of emerging technologies. He also worked in executive management at PC Mall and Hartford Computer Group. Graffia has served on numerous advisory councils and is a member of the Technology Executives Club, IT Leaders Circle and IT Marketing Institute. His strengths surround Cloud services, virtualization, storage, asset Management, electronic procurement, software licensing, and both managed and professional services. David enjoys building partnerships and broader business relationships, and is always willing to provide guidance and support.
Ali M. Din
Ali M. DinChief Marketing Officer
Ali oversees branding, product marketing, demand generation, and product strategy.
Prior to this role, Ali was the SVP of Marketing and Brand Management for a national IT VAR (value added reseller). There, he managed relationships with brands such as HP, Microsoft, Cisco, and Symantec. He also oversaw lead generation and marketing communications. Ali’s experience includes incubation of new products such as the predecessor to Office 365 and SaaS (software-as-a-service) offerings. He was the VP of Strategic Development at Supply Access, a B2B e-procurement software company that had received $36M in funding from SAP Ventures, Tech Data, Peregrine, and others. As the Implementation Manager, he worked with EDS EMEA to launch a multi-national software rollout. Other experiences include working in Finance at First source, a B2B e-tailer, which was later purchased by Office Depot. Ali graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and obtained his MBA from the University of Southern California.
