Samuel Anwar

Sr. Manager Global Cloud Infrastructure

Samuel is Sr. Manager Global Cloud Infrastructure at dinCloud and has been on the dinCloud team for more than 7 years where he helped build some core technologies for dinCloud. He has a passion for Linux Operating Systems and comes with around 17 years of cumulative professional computing experience. Samuel has been an integral part of the team and lead on dinCloud’s transition from legacy to Nutanix platform. He wears multiple hats and enjoys equipping himself, implementing and trying out new technology.

Misha Petrov

Manager – Customer Success

With over 16 years of experience in IT industry, Misha possesses a multitude of skills that help him lead our Customer Success and Project Management department. His career took him from contract service work for various commercial and government organizations, to Dell computers, to a large healthcare clearing house and software company head quartered in Nashville, Tennessee. Software development, implementation, Customer communications, solution design and project management have been the key focus points of his professional development over the years. Successful Customer onboarding and production experience hold the highest priority for him and his Team.

Saad Naseem

Assistant Manager Billing

Saad Naseem is currently managing the billing department of dinCloud and is responsible for enforcing and streamlining billing policies and procedures. Saad is an accounting professional bringing 15 years of diversified accounting and IT experience to the team. Prior to joiningdinCloud team, Saad was a Billing Supervisor working for collab9 joining from the start of the company and helping to establish the billing processes. Previously he worked as Management Accountant and Software Licensing Analyst for En Pointe Technologies where he acquired valuable experience of multiple ERP systems such as SAP.

Kamran Aziz

Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance

Kamran Aziz is an Assistant Manager GL at DinCloud LLC in Accounting & Finance Department. He got MBA degree and professional experience of over 15 years in the field of accounts and finance with reputed organizations in Pakistan which include subsidiaries of Orascom Telecom Holdings and KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co. The related sectors of his experience are construction, telecoms, financial advisory and audit services. His core competencies include financial statement preparation and analysis, financial operations (AP, AR, GL, Cash Management), cost control, budgeting, teamwork, problem solving. He has implementation and working experience of different modules of Oracle Financials at client end.

Kevin Cage

Manager IT Support

A strong manager possessing a professional experience f more than 10 years serving multiple departments form Helpdesk to customer experiences to IT Support. A people’s person, Strong decision maker, great manager and outstanding communicator. Ensures quality execution throughout the service touch points including implementation services, training, education, and ongoing account management. Worked with cross-functional teams to solve escalated client problems. Ability to work under strict deadlines while having attention to detail.

Farhood Nishat

Manager Managed Services (MSP)

Farhood Nishat is an exceptional manager with years of extensive experience in colossal on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure MSP environments. Engineering graduate and Masters in Information Security, with multiple international certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Sophos, Solarwinds, ICSI, Kaseya,Fortinet, EC Council; Farhood is a quick problem solver and solutions designer with innovative intellect. He’s a detail-oriented, responsible and committed individual with a get-it-done attitude. Keen about the new advancements in technology sector, ambitious and highly adaptable to new advancements, flexible and accommodating towards any culture and environment. With strong analytical & excellent communication skills; Farhood is a competent team player who can be trusted with in time project deliverance and unprecedented support services. Being a Manager MSP, he’s efficiently managing multiple clients at dinCloud, with a focused approach towards identifying opportunities for improvements in ongoing processes, timely resolution of critical issues and consequently business growth.

Aaqib Iqbal

Manager Software Dev

Aaqib Iqbal is a thorough professional with a proven record of leading projects with global reach. He is an industry veteran with 11+ years of experience in designing cloud orchestration systems, micro-services architecture, domain-driven design, information systems, andsoftware-defined enterprise cloud. He is currently holding the position of Manager Software Development at dinCloud and responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the R&D department and has been working closely to architect the best technical solutions.

Muhammad Adeel

Sr. Manager Network Operations

Network infrastructure lead with over 15 years of experience in network operations, planning, designing, service delivery (cloud service provider/internet service provider/enterprise network). He is dual Cisco Certified Network Expert– CCIE#: 26964 (Routing and Switching, Service Provider) and also a CCNP Security certified. His focus areas: network operation, network design, and planning, IP Networking, BGP, MPLS, EIGRP, OSPF, MPBGP, MPLS VPN (L2/L3), advanced routing & switching, IPSEC VPN, AnyConnect VPN, Cisco FWSM, Firewall/ASA, vASA, Cisco IPS and Cisco AAA Server, security and multicast. Muhammad Adeel has excellent troubleshooting skills. He has been with dinCloud team for more than 7 years where he helped building Data Centers, upgrading its technologies and providing technical support on day to day basis.
