dinCloud was recently included in a CIO article exploring the outdated IT cycles that must stop in order to promote successful business transformation. Within the piece, dinCloud CTO, Mike Chase describes the move to stop what he calls the “DIY model” where organizations self-service their IT needs. Chase argues this no longer makes sense when it’s more cost-effective to leverage a services provider, like dinCloud.
Chase goes on to say, “We live in a services world where everything from getting a ride, to storing and protecting your data is just cheaper, faster, and better by not doing it yourself,”.
