Kevin has been in the I.T. industry for over 24 years. After graduating from the University of Texas, Austin, Kevin joined Hewlett-Packard and was in charge of HP’s sales force automation and productivity program for Southern California for 3 years. He then went on to the largest ComputerLand in the U.S. where he headed up the sales force responsible for over $100M in sales in Los Angeles and Orange County. Kevin has been responsible for leading sales of an IT-VAR (value added reseller) to $600 million annually in just under 6 years. He also has financial transaction experience in IPO and Series A funding. In 2000 as founder and CEO of SupplyAccess Kevin closed one of the largest Series A capital rounds in Southern California History – 36 Million. Most recently, he was at Allied Digital where he served as President until joining dinCloud in April 2012. Kevin is known as a high integrity individual who believes in hands on management and leading by example. |

Saad Shahzad |
SVP Sales and Chief Strategy Officer |
Saad Shahzad is the SVP Sales and Chief Strategy Officer for dinCloud, Inc. In this role, he manages sales and business development. Prior to joining dinCloud, Saad focused on growth equity investments in software and internet companies at Norwest Venture Partners (NVP). While at NVP, Saad worked with the team that executed NVP’s largest equity investment. Prior to joining NVP, Saad was an Associate in the West Region Advisory investment banking group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he focused on advising a number of private and public companies across corporate finance activities including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and strategic advisory assignments. Prior to that, Saad was an Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in their Los Angeles office where he focused on advising consumer retail clients including Nike and Guitar Center. Saad started his career in financial services as an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance investment banking group of Jefferies & Company, Inc. where he worked on debt financings and leveraged buyouts. Before joining the financial services industry, Saad worked for United States Senator Barbara Boxer in her Los Angeles office. |

Barry Weber |

Barry Weber is a 30 year IT veteran who has a robust background as a leader of Information Technology and consultant in the retail, financial services and high tech industries. Barry serves as the CTO for dinCloud and is responsible for development efforts and infrastructure engineering. Prior to this, he was CTO for T3 Dynamics where he delivered cloud transformation services and ITIL ITSM process change for multi-billion dollar organizations. He is a previous VP of IT for the Barnes and Noble e-commerce division and CIO of Lieberman Research Worldwide. He has built a practice area for Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) and led US Strategic Services for Mercury Interactive (HP). He has also program managed hardware/software products and participated on the senior staff of the US Professional Services organization for Unisys. He is chartered with
translating the business strategy of dinCloud into highly available service offerings that delight dinCloud customers.

Ali M. Din |
Senior Vice President and CMO |
As the Chief Marketing Officer, Ali manages partner relationships for dinCloud as well as oversight on marketing and communication. Prior to this role, Ali was the VP of Marketing and Product Development at En Pointe Technologies, managing key lines of business including HP, Microsoft, and e-business. Ali had also launched the Software as a Service practice at En Pointe. Prior to En Pointe, he was at SupplyAccess, a B2B e-procurement software company that had received $36M in funding from SAP Ventures, Tech Data, Peregrine, and others. As the Implementation Manager, he worked with EDS EMEA to launch a multinational software rollout. Other experiences include working in Finance at Firstsource, a B2B e-tailer, which was later purchased by Office Depot. Ali graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and obtained his MBA in Marketing from the University of Southern California. |

Walid Elemary |

Walid is responsible for dinCloud’s development efforts, including dinManage – an enabling tool for IT-as-a-service. Walid’s background as a software engineer started at Innovent Systems, producer of the first Bluetooth chip-sets and HomeRF. Walid subsequently joined Broadcom Corp (NASDAQ:BRCM) to help integrate acquisitions. At Antioch University, he lead the devolvement of an online student registration and transcript system. While at the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the Walt Disney Music center, he helped architect the world’s largest “historical musical” archiving system and played a major role in an online interactive ticketing system, a joint project with Ticket Master to host online concerts for the Hollywood Bowl and the Walt Disney Music center.
