IT Sales Pundit Adds Muscle to dinCloud Reach and Introduces Affiliate Program

SANTA CLARA, CA – November 8, 2011 – dinCloud, a leading cloud services provider of hosted virtual desktops, announced today the addition of industry veteran Travis Cella as head of cloud sales. Cella will oversee the sales and channel strategy for dinCloud.

Cella spent the past eight years with LANDesk and worked for KPMG where he consulted for the 2002 Olympic Games in Salt Lake City. He also served the US Army for 10 years and later worked at AT&T.

Among his other responsibilities, Cella is spearheading the introduction of dinCloud’s affiliate program. After speaking at the NexTI conference in Florida this past October, dinCloud received a number of inquiries from potential channel partners. In response to the market’s interest, dinCloud moved up its channel timeline by introducing an affiliate program.

At this week’s Cloud Expo in Santa Clara, CA, Cella joined others from dinCloud to demo dinCloud’s bundled technology offering, dinHVD (Hosted Virtual Desktop), featuring the dinStack, a coalition of technology companies representing a technology stack of over 20 components. The demo took place at on November 7 in the Demo Theater.
